I am an innovative and results-oriented technology executive with over 20 years leading digital transformation, IT strategy and technology operations — most of it in consumer-focused industries, where the systems have to stay up and the customer notices when they don’t.

Across retail, banking and fast-paced SaaS environments I have managed diverse teams, enhanced customer experiences and delivered solutions that hold up under real load. The work leans on cloud technologies, data analytics and enterprise systems to drive operational efficiency and competitive advantage.

Today I am a Senior Solutions Architect at Scotiabank and a member of its Cloud Centre of Excellence.
